Everything was very clean, and staff were brilliant. I got free upgrade and loved it. The facilities were great and easy to use.

The staff were supporting and the location was unique. Fairly decent hotel, the idea of having queen room was great. I loved having slices of fresh bread, coffee, cheese, yoghourt and fruit, the breakfast was perfect. A cathedral and a fortress were near the building. The pool was nice and the garden - small.

kind staff, efficient service, romantic views. the room was tidy and bright, liked comfy bed. the building itself was elegant with a beautiful garden. could use their private parking.

The hotel was just 1 km from piazza del campo. The venue was great, as expected. The staff was always loyal. There was free parking nearby.
